I'm an Associate Professor of English and Director of Graduate Studies at the University of Northern Colorado where I teach courses in transatlantic modernism, modern women writers, the middlebrow, DH, and film studies. I'm co-founder of the Feminist inter/Modernist Association, and my research on the modern city and material culture in interwar and midcentury literature and film focuses particularly on women writers and makers. I'm currently on the board of the Orlando Project--an amazing textbase of material about women writers from the British Isles. I don't currently have a DH project in the works, but I am thinking about what to do and how to do it as it relates to feminist recovery work. I live in Fort Collins with my partner, two stepkids, two cats, two rabbits, five chickens, and innumerable gold fish in a stock tank.
