Jonathan Carlyon
My work focuses on transatlantic literary culture in the early-modern Hispanic world. I develop this through research and teaching in the following areas: Chronicles of the Indies and the History of the Book in Spain. In the area of digital humanities I explore the future of reading, computational approaches to literary criticism, and technologies for improving educational outcomes.
